My injury has caused me to miss some work. Can I be compensated for that?
If your injury leaves you incapacitated for seven calendar days, you could be eligible for wage-loss benefits. These benefits will cover 2/3 of your average salary, up to a certain limit. This limit is adjusted regularly, so you will need to speak with a Philadelphia workers’ wage-loss benefits attorney about the full amount to which you are entitled.
For more information about the Philadelphia workers’ compensation system and your rights, contact Lowenthal & Abrams, P.C. at 215-238-1130.
