A Philadelphia worker recently fell to his death following an accident that took place recently.&nbsp; According to reports,&nbsp; the construction lift that the worker was on toppled over.&nbsp; This caused the worker to fall from over 100 feet in the air to the ground below.&nbsp;&nbsp; The worker did not immediately die from his injuries, and was being treated at a hospital shortly before his death.

An accident into the workers death will be conducted.&nbsp; Officials are wondering what caused the construction lift to fail,&nbsp; as well as if the worker was properly strapped in with safety equipment.

A worker in the Dallas area died on Monday in a work related accident.&nbsp; The accident happened just before noon.&nbsp; The man was killed while sweeping an area, and then a large tanker weighing several tons fail on him.&nbsp; The worker died immediatly from the force of the tanker.

&nbsp;The man was discovered by another co-worker who called 911 and reported the emergency.&nbsp; The worker then used a fork lift to raise the tanker off the man&#39;s body. The accident is currently under investigation right now as authorities hope to figure out how this happened.

The New York police officer shot in the head by a teenager last month is now reported to be in stable condition.&nbsp; Anthony DiPonzio was shot on January 31 while investigating alleged drug dealing on a city street.
</p>
<p>
DiPonzio, 23, spoke last week for the first time since the shooting.&nbsp; He was transferred on Monday to a brain injury rehabilitation center.&nbsp; Doctors say his recovery could take up to one year, and that he is at risk of other conditions including brain infection.&nbsp; However, they added that they were pleased DiPonzio&#39;s recovery progress thus far, saying that he is ahead of where they expected him to be.
</p>
<p>
DiPonzio is a native of Greece who served as a police officer in Rochester, New York.&nbsp;
</p>
<p>
A 14-year-old boy is accused of shooting DiPonzio in the back of the head with a .22 caliber rifle.&nbsp; The boy has been charged with attempted murder and assault.
