A refinery explosion at Washington state refinery, Tesoro, killed six people.
The sixth death from the a refinery explosion has just been reported, the seventh victim remains in critical condition. Officials say that the plant will remain shut down this month while investigations are completed and repairs to the damages have been made.
The accident occurred on April 7, when fire engulfed the seven workers, making this the deadliest event at a U.S. refinery since 15 people were killed at a BP refinery in 2005.
