A worker has been killed after suffering from severe trauma after being struck by a large piece of plant equipment.  The worker was taking part in daily plant activities when a large piece of equipment became unsecured.  The large piece of equipment then fell nearly 10 feet and struck the worker.  The equipment was said to have weighted at least 2000 pounds. 

Other workers rushed to the man's aid,  however he was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.  The accident is currently under investigation.
