A construction worker has recently been injured after being struck by a work vehicle at the work site.  According to reports, the worker was injured after the vehicle backed into the worker, and ran over the worker's leg.

The man had suffered leg injuries from the impact and weight of the vehicle.  Other workers rushed to the side of the man following the accident.  The man was conscious and responding to questions by authorities.  An ambulance was called and the worker was taken to a hospital to be treated for his injuries. 

The accident is currently being investigated by the company.
