Worker Killed in Texas Refinery Accident

A worker has been killed in Texas City, Texas following an accident in which a giant industrial boil had a catastrophic breakdown and exploded.  The accident resulted in at least one worker being killed and two other workers suffering from injuries in the accident.  The worker who was killed in the accident was killed instantly.  The other two workers were rushed to a hospital for treatment of their injuries.

The accident is currently being investigated by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
