Worker Injured in Accident After Falling from Vehicle

A dump truck worker was recently injured in an accident after the worker fell from the truck.  The worker was injured early in the morning around 6:00 a.m.

According to reports,   the worker fell from the moving vehicle and struck his head on the ground.  Other workers rushed to the man's aid.  The worker was disoriented after hitting his head.  An ambulance was called and the worker was taken to a hospital for treatment.  

The worker is expected to fully recover,  however he will likely have to miss work while recovering.

Worker Injured After being Struck by Vehicle

A worker that was attempting to fix a traffic signal was recently injured after he was struck by a van driven by a sheriff deputy.  The accident occurred at night.  According to reports,  the worker had setup traffic cones and the worker's vehicle was emitting a light signal.

The worker stated that while he was working, he noticed a blur coming his way and knew that he would be struck. After being hit,  the worker was slammed to the ground.  A state trooper arrived on the scene to help assist.  The worker who was injured drove himself to a hospital later that night, and has stated that injuries have not fully recovered.

Boeing Worker Killed at Plant

A worker at a Boeing plant has been killed Wednesday afternoon under what authority are calling "unusual circumstances".  It is not currently known what happened,  however the worker was killed by a piece of machinery at the plant according to a brief statement released by a spokesperson.

The accident is currently being investigated by individuals with the company.  The name of the worker killed has not yet been released to the public pending notification of the family.

Worker Killed in Crane Accident

A crane accident has recently taken place in Kansas City which resulted in at least one individual being killed.  The accident took place at a construction site of a performing arts center.      

The accident occurred when two workers were in the crane's bucket.  The bucket would then tip over,  sending the two workers falling to the ground.  Emergency officials were called and both workers were rushed to a hospital for treatment.  One of the workers was pronounced dead at the hospital.  Another worker was conscious and is expected to recover from the accident.

Worker Loses Legs in Accident

A construction worker has recently lost his legs following an accident in which a steamroller ran the man over.  The worker was attempting to direct the construction equipment around the work site,  when the driver of the steamroller backed over the man,  causing him to fall on the ground and have his legs crushed.

The man's legs were crushed by the thousands of pounds of weight of the equipment.  911 was called and emergency crews rushed to the scene.  The worker was taken to a hospital where he had life threatening injuries.  The man has lost his legs because of the accident.  He is expected to recover,  however details about his condition have not been released recently.

Worker Killed in Maryland Accident

A worker in Maryland that was taking part in a construction project recently lost his life in a work-related accident.  The worker was attempting to direct traffic and vehicles at the construction site.  The worker was using a flag to direct the other vehicles for the project. 

The accident took place when one of the vehicles backed into the man and struck him,  running the man over.  The driver of the vehicle backed into the worker and then panicked.  The panicked driver then drove forward and drove over the worker for a second time.  The man was rushed to a hospital by emergency workers,  however the worker was pronounced dead upon arrival.

Lancaster Man Injured in Accident

An industrial accident has seriously injured a worker in Pennsylvania.  The accident occurred at a feed company that is located in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. 

The worker was seriously injured when machinery ripped his arm off at the shoulder.  The man was rushed to a hospital to be treated for his injuries.  No current details on the man's condition has been released.  Currently,  the accident is under investigation.  The Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the incident, as well as the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration.  

More details about the accident should be released at a later time.

Tree Cutter Killed in Accident

A tree cutter has been recently killed in an accident after a large limb fall on him.  According to reports,  another man was cutting a tree when a heavy branch struck the man who was standing below the tree.  The man was struck in the head as soon as the branch was sawed-off the tree.

The man was rushed to a hospital by paramedics that arrived at the scene.  The man was pronounced dead at the hospital shortly later with the cause being ruled as extensive head trauma.  

The co-worker and the man who was killed were worked with a tree-cutting company at the time of the accident.

Steamroller Causes Serious Accident

A man in New Jersey has been seriously injured following an accident in which the man's leg was crushed by a steamroller.  The accident critically injured the man and he is in serious condition.  A status update on the man's condition is expected soon.

The man was taking part in a construction project on the side of the road when the accident took place.  The man was rushed to the hospital for his injuries following the accident. 

Authorities are investigating to better determine what caused the serious accident to occur.
