A man has recently been arrested following an accident in which the man struck a road worker who was taking part in a project near the side of a road.  The man was arrested the next day following the accident,  as police were able to track the man down to his home based on witness statements and reports.

The man has been charged following the accident with numerous charges.  The worker who was injured in the accident is expected to recover in several months.
