A worker was recently crushed to death on Tuesday in a forklift accident near Pennsylvania.
The accident took place near the end of the work day around 5:00 p.m. Emergency workers were called to the scene of the accident.
Emergency officials arrived at the scene of the accident and removed the forklift off the worker. At this point, the worker was pronounced dead from his injuries.
The accident is currently under investigation.

An out of state worker was recently killed in an accident in which the worker died by a gas leak. Gas leaks can be very dangerous and deadly, and this recent event highlights those dangers.

A road worker was recently killed in an accident shortly after finishing a road construction project. The worker had just laid the new road and was putting the finishing touches on the project when the accident took place.
According to reports, the worker was killed after another worker was operating a large truck. The large truck backed up too fast and struck the worker. The driver did not notice that he had struck the worker until it was too late. Co-workers rushed to the man's aid, but unfortunately he was already killed from the accident.
The accident is currently under investigation. It is not known if the worker fell shortly before being struck or if he did not see the truck.
