A construction manager that is in charge of the construction of a new arena in Louisville has come out and stated that human error was the cause of a concrete floor collapsing last month at the construction site.
It is believed that the concrete collapsed because a subcontractor involved with the construction failed to properly install support posts.
The accident injured 3 workers. Two of the three workers have already returned back to work and only suffered minor injuries. One of the workers however suffered a puncture to his arm. This worker has not yet returned to work according to reports.
An official report on the accident is expected within a month.
