Signing Away Your Rights?

Posted on March 23rd, 2009 1 Comment

Some employers put tricky wording into contracts.  Many time these contracts are signed on the first day as a prerequisite of being hired.

These contracts contain a lot of different wording and , sometimes, they may contain loop holes that try to exonerate the employer from any wrong doing or liability for anything that an employee does or has happen to them during the course of their job.

Many times,  these contracts are illegal and do not work.  An employer is responsible for their workers well-being.  If you have been injured while on the job, and an employer is using tricky wording to claim that they are not reliable,  please contact an attorney to evaluate your case.

If you or someone you know has been injured in a work related accident, contact the Philadelphia workers' compensation lawyers of Lowenthal & Abrams, P.C. at 610-667-7511 for more information on your legal right to compensation.
