Worker Injured in 20 ft. Fall

A worker has been injured while replacing filters in large air filtration units in Bakersfield, California. The man was working on the Pastoria Power Plant when the accident occurred. The man was inside a large air filtration unit doing maintenance on it by replacing filters. The man was a part of a group that were doing the maintenance work. Inside, the man fell twenty feet and landed hard while inside the unit.
Emergency crews responded to the accident. Emergency crews used a medical helicopter to transfer the man to a local area hospital. The man's medical condition is not known at the time of this posting. The man was the only one injured during the incident.
