Dmitriy is a Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation attorney. He assists injured workers in navigating the complex Worker’s Compensation system. He brings to Lowenthal & Abrams a work history that includes Law Clerk to a Judge, Auditor for the Department of Defense, and Intern to a Congresswoman. With his fluency in the Russian language, Dmitriy is available to translate for our Russian speaking clients.

During his time as Law Clerk to the Honorable Angelo DiCamillo, Dmitriy had the opportunity to see and experience the practice of law from the front of the courtroom, assisting the Judge by conducting research, drafting motions, and mentoring other law clerks. As a Law Clerk for an attorney in Philadelphia, Dmitriy gained valuable experience in filing motions with the court, writing briefs and complaints and assisting clients with their cases.

Dmitriy obtained his undergraduate degree from Temple University magna cum laude and his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law, where he received the CALI Excellence Award. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is also a Certified Mediator in New Jersey.
